Trimble to Acquire Pacific Crest Corporation
SANTA CLARA, Calif., December 21, 2004 – Pacific Crest Corporation, the leading manufacturer of wireless communication equipment designed for position centric and environmental applications, entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Trimble based in Sunnyvale, California.
The closing of the transaction is expected to be in early January. The change is not expected to affect current Pacific Crest staffing and existing customers will continue to be supported by the company.
